Contact Sanhui Doll Guide

No email or form: each kind of question has a faster place to get answered.

Why there is no contact form

Sanhui Doll Guide is a reference site about Sanhui dolls. Orders, payments and order status sit with the store you bought from or with Sanhui, so they are the ones who can fix a problem with your doll. The site collects no personal data, so it publishes no email address and has no form.

Questions about an order, warranty or delivery

Ask the business that took your payment. Only that party can see your order and act on it.

  • Bought from a store: contact that store. Its own policy covers warranty, returns and delivery problems.
  • Bought directly from Sanhui: contact Sanhui through its store. Its six-month repair warranty applies to direct purchases only.
  • Bought after clicking a “Check prices” button: contact the store you reached; it holds your order.

Before you write, have your order number, the delivery date and clear photos of any problem ready. Sanhui sends photos and video of each doll before it ships; keep them, because they show the doll’s condition before it left the maker.

If a payment goes wrong

If a store stops answering after you paid, contact your card issuer or payment service. In the US, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute a credit card charge in writing, including for goods not delivered as agreed; your letter must reach the card issuer within 60 days after it sent the first bill with the error. PayPal accepts an Item Not Received dispute within 180 days of the payment.

Keep the order confirmation, every message from the seller and photos of the box on arrival. A damaged box is easier to dispute if you photograph it before you open it.
