How Sanhui numbers its heads

Sanhui gives every head a number with a hash sign: #8, #23, #41. Standard bodies from 150 to 168 cm can take about 40 of them as of October 2026: #1 to #24, #26, #28, #29, #31 to #37, #39, #41, #42 and #43, with #45 and #46 on newer listings.

Sellers usually keep these numbers in product names, so the number lets you find the same face in any store. Makeup and skin on Sanhui faces

Sanhui faces are made to keep their color. Sanhui says its makeup is applied by hand and resists fading, and owners report face color that holds up for years. Skin texture is cast into the mold, and textured skin has been standard on every Sanhui doll since 2023. Skin comes in four standard tones.

Some owners would like finer makeup detail, and eyebrows are painted. If close-up realism is your priority, head #42 comes with extra skin texture for $200, and the 158 cm Real Skin body pairs head #41 with skin that Sanhui describes as more detailed and realistic. • Gentle cleaning

  Sanhui’s care guide says to avoid hard rubbing, especially around brows and lashes, and to remove makeup with a mild remover.

• Touch-ups

  Lipstick, blush and other everyday cosmetics are fine on the face, according to Sanhui; oily creams are not.

Sex doll eyes: how Sanhui eyes move and change

Most Sanhui heads have rotatable eyes, so you can turn the gaze to match the pose. The eyes are also swappable: take the old pair out and set the new one in, with care around the lashes. Agile Eyes, added in April 2024, go further and let you set how wide each eye opens.

Agile Eyes date from April 2024, so owners have not yet reported how the mechanism holds up over years. The order form has no separate line for them: ask the seller whether your head includes them and get the answer in the order confirmation. Implanted hair and the adjustable mouth

• Wig

  Included at no extra cost. Sanhui lists 17 hairstyles, and a spare wig costs $30, so a new look is easy.

• Implanted synthetic hair

  +$300. The hair is rooted into the scalp, so there is no wig line to hide.

• Implanted real hair

  +$700, offered only in a long black style.

• Adjustable mouth

  A hinged jaw that opens and holds its position: +$100 on standard bodies, included by default on AIO models.

The adjustable mouth arrived in February 2020. An early owner noticed that the eyes open slightly as the mouth opens, which widens the range of expressions. For hair, weigh the rooted look of an implant against a wig you can swap for $30; there is no published data on how Sanhui’s implanted hair wears over time.

AIO or interchangeable head

Standard Sanhui bodies use a plug-in neck joint, so the head comes off for dressing and washing and can be swapped. AIO models have a seamless neck: head and body are one piece, and Sanhui states plainly that the head is not interchangeable.

Sanhui’s order form offers the same list of about 40 heads for every standard body from 150 to 168 cm, and Sanhui lists the heads as interchangeable. A standard body keeps your options open: it can wear a different Sanhui face later.

How to choose a Sanhui face

With about 40 heads for standard bodies, Sanhui gives you a wide choice of faces. Pick one with clearly adult features, on a body of 150 cm or taller.

   Start with the sculpt

   Bone structure is fixed: cheekbones, jawline, nose and lips. Makeup and wigs can change later, so choose the sculpt you like most.

   Look for clearly adult features

   A defined jaw and cheekbones, adult proportions and mature makeup. Compare several numbers side by side in Sanhui’s order form, the one place that shows every head.

   Decide on AIO or standard first

   An AIO face comes only with its own body. A standard head can move to another standard Sanhui body later.

   Compare real photos
